Booking fees
A booking fee of £1.00 per order applies for posting tickets to your address.Reservation of tickets
Tickets can only be held for 24 hours without payment. Reserved tickets must be collected and paid for by half an hour before the commencement of the production.Refunds
We are able to provide refunds up to 24 hours before the performance. After this point we are unable to provide a refund unless we are able to resell your ticket. Please call the box office for more information.Exchanging tickets
Unlike many theatres we will exchange tickets for another performance or give you a credit to the value of your seats for use at a later time.Access
The Lakeside Theatre and Art Exchange have full disabled access. Wheelchairs can enter the theatre through the main box office. Please inform us when booking so we can meet your requirements.We also have an access entrance (offering limited facilities) should you require a designated parking bay in close proximity to the theatre. An infrared enhancement system is available in the main auditorium. We welcome assistance dogs at all performances, please inform us when booking.
